REPORTS TO: Director of Operations
STATUS: Non-Exempt; Full Time
SCHEDULE: June 21st – July 3rd (potential for extension due to program needs)
LOCATION: Onsite - Madeline Island, WI
COMPENSATION: $750/Weekly Stipend (eligible for overtime), Mileage Reimbursement

Job Summary
The Temporary Madeline Island Chamber Music (MICM) Coordinator supports the leadership team in maintaining the organization and execution of the summer chamber music program.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Education and Experience: High school graduate or equivalent. 2 years related experience, preferred. Experience working with students, preferred.
Abilities: Proven ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both verbally and in writing. Ability to drive; valid driver’s license preferred.
Knowledge and Skills: Background in classical music and basic knowledge of repertoire is helpful but not required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Positive attitude and strong professionalism. A high level of organizational ability, attention to detail, and communication.
Physical Demands: Frequent walking, stooping, and bending. Occasional lifting and carrying of up to 25 lbs.

Job Summary
The Temporary Madeline Island Chamber Music (MICM) Coordinator supports the leadership team in maintaining the organization and execution of the summer chamber music program.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Assist in coordinating day-to-day functions of the summer chamber music program
- Serves as a point of contact for students and faculty
- Assist with planning and scheduling of staff and resources
- Assist with front of house operations, ticketing, and box-office sales for performances
- Manage production operations and assist in performance area set up and tear down
- Maintain music library, ensuring all borrowed parts, scores, and reference materials are returned
- Prepare and distribute scores and parts for students, including copying, printing, and binding
- Provides transportation to students, as needed
